It's quick, easy and there is no fee for registering to walk. Just submit your sign-up information using the form below. Then download the Donation Form (pdf) which your supporters can use to submit donations. You can print it out and give it to them or email it to them.

If you wish to start a Walk Team, simply email everyone that might be interested in joining your team and tell them to register here (http://www.newportbay.org/walk04s.htm) under the Team Name you give them.
