This website is designed for best viewing
with Internet Explorer in Windows at a monitor screen resolution of
800 x 600 pixels or higher. If you have a large monitor, using
screen area setting of 1024 x 768 will make image text
sharper. To change settings in Windows, click on Settings, Control
Panel, Display, Settings.
It is assumed that the default fonts Times New Roman and Arial are
loaded in your browser and your browser is set at medium text. The
text next to pictures should end roughly even with the bottom of the
pictures. You can increase or decrease your text size in Explorer by
clicking View, Text Size. In Netscape Navigator click on View,
Increase Font or Decrease Font..
Those of you with Macs will enjoy the photographs more since the Mac
display has better color contrast than Windows. (Sorry, Bill.) Those
of you with Navigator may not see the pretty borders around the
pictures, etc. (Such is life.)
The header bar on each page is an image map. Clicking on one of the
boxes in the header bar will open the page indicated by the label.
Other clickable image maps (e.g. the Interpretive Center floor plan)
have instructions on the page.
None of the photos are links and so clicking on one will not open
another webpage. However, by holding the mouse over the photo, a
description of the photo will be displayed.
All visited links are gray. Unvisited links are either green or
purple, depending on the page color scheme. Header bar link colors
do not change. |
