We have a few major annual public events such as Earth Day and Cleanup Day that require significant joint planning and involve volunteers in coordinating specific aspects of the event (e.g. food booth). We also have small one-time events such as Tom Fox’s farewell party that also require organizing. And we are looking to add new fundraising events that may require significant pre-planning but will not involve a lot of volunteer time on the day.

We are seeking to establish a roster of those willing to take overall charge of the little events (such as a farewell party) as and when the need arises. And we are recruiting those to assist with specific tasks as noted for the events listed below.
