UPPER NEWPORT BAY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Position:

Project Manager

Latest Info:

In the past couple of years NBNF has become involved in the design and construction of capital improvements at the Bay. The most notable example is the Robinson Vista Point. The Groundbreaking Ceremony took place on March 8 and construction is expected to be complete in June. We foresee more projects in the future in which we perform a project management role.

We are therefore looking to identify “on call” pro bono advisors with project and/or construction management expertise pertaining to civil/landscaping projects, and exhibit projects. Licensed contractors and/or those familiar with project permitting and plan checks are particularly welcome.

At this time we are developing a standard set of NBNF contract clauses, and policies and procedures. Help is welcomed on this.
