1)  Where were you and where was the bobcat when you first saw it?  Specific information as to the location is helpful, i.e., On the bike path 100' east of the New Delhi Channel; In the marsh at the east end of the trestle bridge, etc.

2)  How far away was it?  Could you see it clearly? Did you photograph it?

3)  Did you notice if it was wearing a collar or had a tag in its ear?  If so, can you describe the colors you observed and in which ear was the tag?

4)  What was the bobcat doing when you first saw it? Did it have an animal or bird in its mouth? If it was a rabbit, did you notice if the rabbit's head had been removed?

5)  What direction was the bobcat going when you last observed it? Were there any other bobcats or kittens in the vicinity?

6)  Were there other domestic animals nearby and if so what was the interaction between the bobcat and the other animal?  Did either animal exhibit aggression?

7)  What was the date and time of your observation?

8)  What is a contact telephone number or e-mail address for you?

9)  Would you like to have someone contact you with information about these animals or the research project?
